When will my order be shipped? TOP Purchases that include personalized items will be shipped within 5 business days. If your order does not include personalized items it will be shipped within 3 business days. We will make every effort to ship items as soon as possible. You will be contacted via email if any of the items ordered are out of stock, backordered or will take longer to recieve. How will my order be shipped? TOP
At Doodlebugs our standard shipping method is USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Packages are shipped Tuesday thru Friday. Priority Mail generally arrives within 2 to 3 days. Should you have additional questions concerning the status of your order, please feel free to contact us. Can I pay by credit card? TOP Doodlebugs accepts Visa and Mastercard. Do you accept checks? TOP Yes, we do accept checks. Please note, by choosing this form of payment you will not be able to order online. Please contact us via telephone to place your order. By choosing payment by check, will also delay the delivery of your purchase, as your items will not be shipped until your payment has been cleared by the bank. Also, please keep in mind that the items selected for purchase can only be held from inventory for 7 business days. After 7 days we cannot guarantee their availability. Do you accept returns or exchanges? TOP
In the event a return or exchange is necessary, we will gladly return or exchange merchandise purchased at regular price. All sales are final on personalized and discounted merchandise. Doodlebugs will allow returns and exchanges within 7 days from receipt of items. All items returned or exchanged must not have been worn, altered, or washed, and with all original tags attached. Footwear returns and exchanges must include original packaging in its original condition.
All returns require an authorization number which must appear on the package. To obtain an authorization number please contact us. Please include your original invoice with the item being returned or exchanged circled. Please list the reason for the return or exchange.
Please take care in packaging the item for return or exchange. Any item received not in original condition; damaged, worn, altered or washed, or without all original tags attached will not be accepted for return or exchange. Returns that do not meet this criteria will be sent back to the customer at the customers expense and no refund will be issued.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and return postage is the responsibilty of the customer. All exchanges will be charged the normal shipping charges. On returns, orders shipped with free shipping, will have our standard shipping charge deducted from the refund due.
Please allow 15 days to process returns. Do you charge sales tax? TOP Sales tax will be charged on orders shipped only within the state of South Carolina. We are required to charge a 6% sales tax to residents of South Carolina. Do you accept orders to be shipped outside the United States? TOP At this time Doodlebugs does not accept orders that are to be shipped outside the United States. What if I have a question that is not listed here?
