At Doodlebugs we are dedicated to choosing high quality merchandise from well-known, boutique quality manufactuers.  We love buying for our boutique, but our greatest joy is when our customers love our merchandise as much as we do.

Customer service is also very important to us and we hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase.  We would however like to minimize returns and exchanges as much as possible.  We are always happy to answer questions about each product available or provide size charts to assist with sizing.  If at any time you have a question about a product please use the "Contanct Us" page and we will answer your question as soon as possible.

In the event a return or exchange is necessary, we will gladly return or exchange merchandise purchased at regular price.  All sales are final on personalized and discounted merchandise.  Doodlebugs will allow returns and exchanges within 7 days from receipt of items.  All items returned or exchanged must not have been worn, altered, or washed, and with all original tags attached.  Footwear returns and exchanges must include original packaging in its original condition.

All returns require an authorization number which must appear on the package.  To obtain an authorization number please contact us.  Please include your original invoice with the item being returned or exchanged circled.  Please list the reason for the return or exchange.

Please take care in packaging the item for return or exchange.  Any item received not in original condition; damaged, worn, altered or washed, or without all original tags attached will not be accepted for return or exchange.  Returns that do not meet this criteria will be sent back to the customer at the customers expense and no refund will be issued.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and return postage is the responsibilty of the customer.  All exchanges will be charged the normal shipping charges.  On returns, orders shipped with free shipping, will have our standard shipping charge deducted from the refund due.
